In addition to the qualifications detailed above, you'll need: What's in It for You
Organization-wide strategic impact -- while you will assume ownership of the entire HR function, you will be able to "make your mark" at Brooklawn by implementing strategies to foster a people-friendly, performance-oriented culture that rewards excellence. As a member of our senior leadership team you'll contribute to the decisions that shape our future.
Vision, commitment, and success -- Brooklawn is ranked among the best programs in Kentucky and we are highly regarded by referring agencies at the state and local levels; we have achieved this status in large part because of our people's passionate commitment to our mission. You will be uniquely positioned to channel and focus that commitment across the organization, making it possible for us to become even better.
Beautiful and dynamic environment -- you'll work on an attractive, spacious 28-acre campus, and there is a lot going on. For example, we are preparing to admit girls for the first time in Brooklawn history, launching the state's first Intense Residential Program for girls. With generous support from the community, we are investing $8,000,000 in new facilities and capital improvements.
Excellent compensation -- in addition to a competitive salary, we offer comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement, and more. You'll help develop incentive and bonus programs yourself.
Great place to live and work -- situated on the Ohio River, Louisville was established in 1778 and offers diverse amenities. In addition to being home to several major corporations, we also host a variety of well-known events, including the Kentucky Derby and the Humana Festival of New American Plays. The Jefferson County Public School District is known for award-winning students, teachers, and schools.
